Jeff leads AustinVestors with an owner-minded approach to residential property management. As broker and owner, he sets the standards, systems, and service philosophy that guide the company while keeping the long-term performance of each client’s investment at the center of every decision.

Mindy serves as a dedicated point of contact for the owners and residents in her portfolio. She coordinates the day-to-day management of each occupied home, helping questions, maintenance needs, and lease matters move toward clear and timely resolutions.

Kira manages every aspect of the occupied properties assigned to her portfolio. Her role brings owners and residents one consistent contact who understands the property, follows issues through to resolution, and keeps communication focused and accountable.

Brandy oversees the ongoing management of the homes in her portfolio and serves as the primary connection between owners, residents, and AustinVestors. She helps keep property operations organized, communication moving, and owner priorities represented throughout the tenancy.

Thashagaye supports the property management team with resident communication, documentation, coordination, and follow-through. Her work helps property managers respond efficiently while maintaining the attentive, organized service owners and residents expect.

Lily helps keep the details behind successful property management on track. By supporting communication, records, scheduling, and day-to-day coordination, she helps the portfolio team provide dependable service and timely updates to owners and residents.

Javier oversees field services and helps ensure property concerns are inspected, documented, and addressed efficiently. He coordinates with property managers, residents, and service providers to support well-maintained homes and protect the condition of each owner’s investment.

Cameron is a Leasing Agent and licensed REALTOR® serving Austin-area owners, investors, buyers, and sellers since 2017. His property management, leasing, and sales experience helps clients make informed real estate decisions. Cameron holds TRLS, Property Management Certification, ABR®, and NARPM® designations and enjoys traveling, restaurants, and live music.

Gigi is a REALTOR® specializing in residential sales and leasing throughout Greater Austin. With more than 20 years of experience and RENE® and CHMS® certifications, she brings skilled negotiation, strategic marketing, and attentive communication to every transaction. Outside of work, Gigi enjoys family time, hiking, the lake, and exploring Central Texas.

Cristina helps connect well-qualified residents with AustinVestors rental homes. She supports marketing, showings, applicant communication, and lease coordination so vacant properties receive attentive representation and owners stay informed as leasing progresses.
