The cost of average management

Small management failures become expensive owner problems.

Every avoidable week of vacancy is income you cannot recover. Slow maintenance follow-through can become a larger repair. Poor communication leaves owners chasing answers, while generic pricing and weak leasing activity can leave a good property sitting.

AustinVestors is built to prevent those problems from becoming your second job. We combine proven systems with clear personal accountability so the property keeps moving and you keep control of the decisions that matter.

Why AustinVestors

Why owners choose us—and stay.

Our advantage is not one feature. It is the combination of local judgment, owner-minded decisions, focused leasing, and one accountable manager for the occupied property.

01

Owner-minded decisions

We evaluate rent, vacancy, maintenance, and risk through the same lens an investor does: protect the asset, control avoidable costs, and support long-term performance.

02

20+ years of Austin experience

Local experience helps us price more intelligently, recognize submarket differences, anticipate common issues, and give owners practical guidance instead of generic answers.

03

Leasing focus when every day counts

While your property is vacant, a dedicated leasing agent owns pricing, marketing, showings, screening, and lease execution so the listing receives focused attention.

04

One accountable manager after move-in

While occupied, one assigned portfolio property manager oversees the entire property and serves as the single point of contact for both owner and resident.

Before you decide

Questions Austin-area owners ask us.

Your property, lease, and timing are unique. Get a direct answer and a specific plan instead of trying to fit your rental into a generic package.

How much will my Austin-area home rent for?

Rent depends on the home’s exact location, condition, features, timing, and current competition. Your free rental performance plan includes a property-specific range and practical recommendations—not a generic citywide estimate.

Can AustinVestors take over from another property manager?

Yes. We can review the current lease and management situation, organize the transition, communicate with the resident, and establish a clear operating plan with an assigned property manager.

Do you manage occupied properties?

Yes. We manage both vacant and occupied rentals. An occupied property is assigned to a portfolio property manager who becomes the primary contact for the owner and resident.

Where do you provide property management?

AustinVestors serves the entire Austin metro area, including Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Hutto, Liberty Hill, Kyle, Buda, Lakeway, and surrounding communities.

Who will be my point of contact?

While occupied, you and the resident have one assigned portfolio property manager who oversees the full property. While vacant and being marketed, a dedicated leasing agent owns the leasing process.

What happens when maintenance is needed?

Residents can submit requests at any time. The assigned property manager evaluates the issue, coordinates the appropriate vendor, communicates with the owner and resident, and follows the work through resolution.
